Who is Transformational Breath® for?

Anyone over the age of 18 (If younger, please contact us and we can advise further), whether you've experienced Transformational Breath® before doesn't matter.  All levels of fitness accommodated.

How should I prepare for a Transformational Breath® session?

Eat lightly beforehand. No alcohol or caffeine at least 24 hours prior to a session.

Please wear comfortable clothes (like gym or yoga attire). Wear warm socks (no shoes allowed indoors). Please bring your own water bottle, refills will be available. Yoga mats, blankets, cushions and mouth pieces will be supplied.

You are required to complete an intake form prior to each event except for the regular monthly Breath Circles.



All events are held at Whalebones Wellbeing Centre, a bespoke get-away in the beauty and tranquillity of Whalebone Park, Wood St. Barnet EN5 4DA.  There is free parking on Wood Street and at the venue. Check our Venue page for detailed instructions on how to get to the centre.


Will there be any safety protocols in place because of COVID?
