What will happen at the workshop?
You will be introduced to the 3 basics of Transformational Breath®, thereby creating greater awareness of your individual breathing pattern. Helena and Aurora will use gentle movement, sound vibration and simple affirmations to facilitate a full circular breath pattern. This breath technique will help you to reconnect to the power of your own breath. This is your chance to clear blockages in your energy system, to relax, let go and let Helena and Aurora take care of you for a few hours.
Where will it be held?
It will be held in Whalebones Wellbeing Centre amidst the peace and tranquillity of Whalebone Park, Barnet, North London. The centre is easily accessible by tube and bus services. Ample parking is freely available.
How long is the workshop?
The morning workshop is 3 hours long from 10.00 to 13.00.
What is the cost?
The cost of the Introductory Half Day Workshop is £60.
Preparation Guidelines:
Comfortable clothing (yoga or gym attire) is recommended.
Bring warm socks as shoes are not permitted indoors.
Eat lightly before the workshop.
Please bring your own water bottle, which can be re-filled from the water urn.
Come with an open mind and a personal intention for the session.
No alcohol, caffeine, or recreational drugs up to 24 hours before the workshop.
What is provided?
Yoga mats, blankets, cushions, pillows and mouth pieces will be supplied.
Healthy snacks, teas and coffee are provided.
Filtered water.
